Adult Care Placement Support services include:
- pre-placement initial screening
- assessments of care needs
- and supportive counseling. Once all initial information is obtained, placement services to locate a facility that meet clients’ needs and location preference are sought after.


We will spend a great deal of time touring and contracting homes and facilities in order to provide you with only those that will work for your particular needs and requirements. We then schedule a visit to at least three homes/facilities that we deem appropriate and fitting. The final decision is yours to make! If a selection of home/facility is made by you, we later follow up with several phone calls to ensure satisfaction for both family and caregiver/operator.
